Most women who come to us have been handed a leaflet before. What they have not been handed is a way out that pays.

We were set up to close that gap. Not a drop-in, not a six-week feel-good course, but a route that starts with a woman deciding to walk through the door and ends with her qualified and earning. The women who complete our programmes are the same women we train, employ and put in front of the next cohort.

We are led by women who have been through it themselves. That is not a marketing line. It is why the boundaries are firm, the language is plain, and nobody is asked to tell their story to get help.

She takes on something structured. A programme with an end point, a certificate, a role, a reason to be somewhere on a Tuesday.
She qualifies through our Academy and works. On our floor, in our cohorts, or with an employer we introduce her to.
